What you Need

All you will need is your HTV cutter, like a Cricut or Silhouette, heat transfer vinyl printable paper, any inkjet printer, and a heat press or home iron.

Printable HTV Instructions 

  • Print your image on any standard inkjet printer using the print and cut feature on your cutter’s software.
  • Load the printed image into your vinyl cutter to cut out the design – DO NOT MIRROR THE IMAGE. You can also carefully trim around the image with scissors.
  • Remove the design from the paper backing.
  • Place design on top of garment
  • Place a Teflon sheet or piece of parchment paper on top of design 

Pressing Printable HTV with Heat Press (recommended)

  • Set heat press temperature to 360° F
  • Press design for 15-20 seconds
  • Allow time to cool
  • Remove Teflon sheet or parchment paper
  • Enjoy your finished product

Pressing Printable HTV with Home Iron

  • Set home iron to the cotton or highest setting. DO NOT use steam
  • Use even and heavy pressure
  • Press design for 1 minute
  • Allow time to cool
  • Remove Teflon sheet or parchment paper
  • Enjoy your finished product
