Shipping, Returns and other Good Stuff

At iCraft, we know how important it is for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Our staff works around the clock to pick, pack and ship your orders, and we take great care to ensure that your order arrives correct and on time. Please review our shipping policies below before you place your order. 

How long do orders take to ship out?

Our team may require up to 72 hours (three business days) to print, pick, pack and ship your order. However, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays, as we have to give our fingers a break from time to time. 

Please be patient. We want every order to be right and we are doing our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.  If you think there is an abnormal delay or issue with your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for an update. Any orders not received within 10 business days, after it is shipped, need to be brought to our attention. This may mean there is an issues with with shipping carrier and we will determine if we need to reship your order or contact the carrier to alert them of the delivery issue. 

iCraft Shipping Carriers 

We use USPS to save on shipping cost for you. We also offer shipping options with FedEx and UPS for faster service and additional shipping fee. 

What happens once your order leaves iCraft facilities? 

AFTER YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR FACILITIES, USPS, UPS and FedEx are responsible for getting it to you in a timely manner. Typically, for USPS this is within 3-5 business days, depending on where you are located in the United States (international orders do not apply). Occasionally, USPS or FedEx looses an item temporarily or permanently. If this happens to your order, we will work with you to determine the best solution to get your order back to you as quickly as possible. Every order is assigned a tracking number which can be referenced on the carrier website, or through your tracking confirmation email you received when your order shipped. 

To get your orders in time for your customers, make sure you are placing your orders with ENOUGH time to be delivered. At least 5 business days is recommended. Remember, holidays and weekends are non-shipping days and not included in the estimated number of delivery days.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided by USPS, UPS and FedEx, and can be found on the shipping confirmation email you receive once the order is shipped. 

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $7.89 for shipping and handling for every order within the US. Free Shipping will apply on all orders in the United Sates over $99. Expedited shipping with UPS and FedEx are available for an additional charge. Place your items in your cart and shipping options will populate before checkout. 

Multiple Orders / Combining Orders 

If you have placed an order and wish to add to it within 24 hours of placing the order, we will have you place the additional order online and we will combine both orders then refund the shipping on the second order. This is a courtesy for users who may have forgotten items or had ordering issues with the first order. 

Returns and Exchanges

We stand by all of our products with a 100% money back quality guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of your items, you can ship them back to us for a full refund. Custom printed items like our ready-to-press transfers and pattern vinyl can be returned for a 50% restocking fee or a store credit for the full purchase amount will be provided. If you have a product that was damaged or defective, we ask that you take a photo of the issue and explain what the issue is so that we can determine the best solution. For all returns and exchanges, please contact us at customersupport@icraftvinyl.com and provide the photos and a description of the issue and we will provide instructions for your return or exchange.
