CO- FOUNDER, ICRAFT VINYL
Hi, I'm Kelli McDaniel, co-founder of iCraftVinyl.com. 8 years ago I began creating custom t-shirts for friends and family and it grew into a small business out of my spare bedroom. The biggest challenge was finding supplies at the right price and convenience. The closest craft store was over 17 miles away and the prices were so high I could barely make a profit... and if I made a mistake , well let's just say it was frustrating!
So I started exploring my options, talking to vendors and manufactures. After some ups and downs depending on other companies ability to deliver a great product at a great price, I decided it was time to take control of the entire process from manufacturing to shipping. Fast forward to today, we have honed the quality of our product with our manufacturing partners and shaved down our delivery cost to bring you the best quality vinyl at the Lowest possible prices on the market.
A tremendous amount of love and passion goes into bringing fellow crafters like you, a supplier you can count on at prices that keep more money in YOUR pocket! We love and appreciate each and every one of our customers, we hope that it shows through our dedication to quality and customer service at iCraftVinyl. Happy crafting iCrafters

WE WORK AROUND THE CLOCK
At iCraftVinyl, we know how important it is for you to get your order as quickly as possible. That’s why our staff works around the clock to pick, pack and ship your orders out within 72 hours of your purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays, as we have to give our fingers a break from time to time. ‘sales‘ and ‘Specials‘ could take up to 5 days to ship from our facilities after your purchase, due to the influx of orders over a short period of time from the sales, creating a backlog of shipments we pack with care. Please be patient and understand we want every order to be right and we are doing our best to get your order out to you, if you think there is a delay or issue with your order do not hesitate to contact us.
AFTER YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR FACILITIES, USPS is responsible for getting it to you in a timely manner. Typically, this is within 3-7business days, depending on where you are located in the United States (international orders do not apply). Occasionally, USPS loses an item either temporarily or permanently. If this happens to your order, we apologize and will work with you to determine the best solution to get your order back out to you as fast as possible. Again, once the item leaves our facilities, it is in the hands of USPS and we cannot control their delivery times. Every order is assigned a tracking number which can be referenced on usps.com or through your tracking confirmation email.
To be sure you get your order when you need it, please make sure you are placing your orders with enough time to be delivered. Remember, holidays and weekends are non-shipping days and not included in the estimated number of delivery days. If you encounter a shipping issue please, message us on Facebook or send us an email to email@example.com with your name, order number and date of purchase. You can also call us at 800-533-9344, but online messaging is typically fast.
In some rare occasions ,items may become damaged in the shipping or fulfillment processes. However, scratches, dents, creases, dings, or other surface imperfections to the carrier sheet will not harm the heat transfer vinyl itself. The carrier sheet is there to protect the HTV and once your design is pressed, any damage on the carrier sheet will not transfer to the heat transfer vinyl.A sheet of HTV is typically only damaged if a tear is present on the back side of the vinyl. This will be clearly visible. In rare cases where a tear is present, please take a photo of the damaged HTV sheet and send it to us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or instant message to our customer service department on Facebook. Please watch our short video detailing how to cut and press any HTV sheet with dents, scratches and creases and still have a perfect design.
