At iCraft, we know how important it is for you to get your order as quickly as possible. That’s why our staff works around the clock to pick, pack and ship your orders out within 72 hours of your purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays, as we have to give our fingers a break from time to time. ‘Sales’ and ‘Specials’ could take up to 4 days to ship from our facilities after your purchase, due to the influx of orders over a short period of time from the sales, creating a backlog of shipments we pack with care. Please be patient and understand we want every order to be right and we are doing our best to get your order out to you. If you think there is a delay or issue with your order do not hesitate to contact us at customersupport@icraftvinyl.com.
Once your package leaves our facilities, USPS (FedEx or UPS) is responsible for getting it to you in a timely manner. This is usually within 2-5 business days, depending on where you are located in the United States (international orders do not apply). Occasionally, USPS loses an item either temporarily or permanently. If this happens to your order, we will work with you to determine the best solution to get your order back on track and in your hands as fast as possible. Every order is assigned a tracking number which can be referenced on usps.com or through your tracking confirmation email.
To ensure you get your order when you need it, please make sure you are placing your orders with enough time to be delivered. Remember, holidays and weekends are non-shipping days and not included in the estimated number of delivery days.
If you encounter a shipping issue please, message us on Facebook or send us an email to customersupport@icraftvinyl.com with your name, order number and date of purchase. You can also call us at 800-533-9344.
In some rare occasions, items may become damaged in the shipping or fulfillment processes. However, scratches, dents, creases, dings, or other surface imperfections to the carrier sheet will not harm the heat transfer vinyl itself. The carrier sheet is there to protect the HTV and once your design is pressed, any damage on the carrier sheet will not transfer to the heat transfer vinyl.
A sheet of HTV is typically only damaged if a tear is present on the back side of the vinyl. This will be clearly visible. In rare cases where a tear is present, please take a photo of the damaged HTV sheet and send it to us at customersupport@icraftvinly.com - or instant message to our customer service department on Facebook.
Please watch our short video detailing how to cut and press any HTV sheet with dents, scratches and creases and still have a perfect design.
